The Aquila Difference
How and why it works!
Our core treatment regimen is 16 weeks, regardless of the stage of illness. The intensity, or frequency, of sessions may vary. But time is essential to creating new pathways in the brain and in one’s life.
Outpatient services (a front door in the community) are a recovery strategy that maintains work and home life schedules. Individuals learn tools to face the challenges of life.
PERSON CENTERED PLANS.
Every treatment plan is constructed with client input and commitment. We “meet you where you are,” as the current science recommends.
BEST PRACTICE PROCESS.
Therapies and medication are available to all individuals. Treatment plans are individualized; treatment goals and objectives are a collaboration between the individual and his or her therapist.
ADDRESS THE WHOLE PERSON.
Aquila’s framework is a “No Wrong Door” approach to therapies and services that are co-occurring capable and trauma informed. Science continues to show that recovery can be accomplished in stages and will eventually address most “life issues”.
HEALING THAT CONTINUES.
Our continuing care supports individuals on an as needed basis for up to one year. Our Family Resilience Program (FRP) provides services to family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses, partners) of our clients. This support is FREE.
Life is Valuable and Worth the Work
A health-conscious society that is equipped and motivated to address addiction disease at first symptoms with primary and specialty healthcare interventions. Treatment practiced without prejudice or mythology, and with respect and dignity for individuals and their families in healing at earlier and earlier stages of illness.
